VISH color measuring system
As of 2025 we have implemented VISH, an intelligent color measuring system.
vish reduces waste, balances color formulas, and helps the environment. it allows us to offer custom pricing to those clients who need a bit more than the average color measurement.
How does Vish work?
Colorists use special scales to measure and save formulas customized to your head of hair. Vish knows how much color is used and how much is left over, streamlining your formula for next time. This helps us reduce waste, potentially lower any additional charges, and minimize our impact on the environment.
How does this affect my color price?
Generally, if you need more than the standard amount of color, you will see a (usually minimal) price increase.
Many clients will not be affected at all. The standard measurement is what most clients will need, so usually there will be no additional color charge.
However, some clients will need a larger amount of color to achieve the desired outcome.
There are a few reasons for this:
1. If you go a long time (many months) between color appointments/if your regrowth is several inches long
2. If your hair is exceptionally long and/or thick
3. If there is a special, multi-step effect you'd like to achieve with your color

CANCELLATION/LATE POLICY
Cancellation under 24 hours prior to appointment will result in a charge of 50% of services.
Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 50% charge of reserved service amount and will require a credit card for future appointments.
Large color and extension appointments require a credit card and/or deposit to book.
Tardiness of 15 minutes or more may result in a late fee or rescheduling of your appointment.

Our intention is for you to LOVE your hair & the LW experience. We always welcome your honest feedback.
In the event that your hair does not feel just right, we allow a ten day grace period for any adjustments or corrections. Unfortunately this does not apply to a "change of heart".
CHILDREN in the salon
We understand bringing your child to your hair appointment may be necessary at times. We ask that children who accompany you to your appointment are able to sit still, and that you are able to supervise your child for the duration of your visit. We work with many chemicals and sharp & hot tools that could pose a danger to children. We reserve the right to ask you to keep your child away from certain areas of the salon.
Please understand our concern is for the safety of the child and our guests & staff. We strive to create a peaceful, relaxing environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
